I'm not terribly familiar with Loebsack's votes/positions so I won't comment on that part. But I have to agree with the assessment of the party. Why are we running away from our liberal roots and successes?

No more of these milquetoast Democrats who wouldn't negotiate their way out of paper bags because they're afraid of what Sean Hannity, Bill-O, The Five (Dumb Fucks), and Fat Fuck Limbaugh would say about them. We need hard, pipe hittin' liberals running for these offices who WILL kick ass and take names. Hard pipe hittin' liberals who have no problem saying they voted for the President. Hard, pipe hittin' liberals who are willing to (temporarily) head down to the gutters and fight it out.
