Yuck. A stench over this city. Repukes everywhere.

Walker at the ballpark, Graham at repuke headquarters, Santorum at a local restaurant, all in one friggin' day. Add their hot air to an already steamy day and it may be time to get away for a day or two.

I am glad I do not live in an 'early' state. You are not far from the great museums and good restaurants in Chicago. Treat yourself! Your sanity is worth it. And a book store, smile.

It sure was nice to get away from all the GOP dumb fuckery going on in 2012 even for a couple weeks. In any event it was nice to go somewhere where Sarah Palin was little more than a nasty rumor used to scare small children.

Plus when I was in Italy in 2010 it was a little over a month before election day and it was nice to get away from all the non stop commercials then too.
