Tow truck needed for tow truck

If you look up bad day in the dictionary I think you'll find this;

A tow truck tipped trying to clear a semi from Highway 18, forcing part of that highway to be shut down for hours.

It happened near Mason City on Wednesday.

The Iowa State Patrol says a semi hauling candy caught fire. Firefighters put it out, but then a tow truck, called in to clear the scene, tipped.

Authorities say another, larger tow truck was then needed to help.

1. I wonder if the frame was

frozen to the ground after the fire was put out. Good thing it wasn't on the Interstate. Used to pass through there often, it's not the end of the world to have to take a detour, fortunately. That's going to cost some serious cash.
