Kansas, today VOTE NO to amending your state's constitution.

Thom Hartmann just reported that an anonymous group sent out a blast e-mail, misrepresenting the vote. IOW, it said to vote YES to save abortion rights, when in fact, "Yes" will allow your constitution to allow your state legislature to restrict, if not outright ban, abortion rights.

Claiming there are zero bans on abortion in Kansas even up to birth. Total LIE........

Also claim if people vote Yes it's not a ban on abortion, just sensible laws. TOTAL LIE......

It won't be a total ban until a the State Legislature meets and votes to totally ban abortion in Kansas which will happen.

Getting ready to go vote in about an hour........

I believe Kansas has a closed primary. Where people who are not registered with a party allowed to vote in the primary?
