Bevin has been sued four times by the Democrat AG, and Bevin lost all four times. He is using the KS Brownback playbook with cuts, but he is bypassing the legislature, which is just one of the things he ruled against him. After the last court ruling, he left a recorded message with the AG's office telling his that "he'd better be getting his office in order". Second threat he has made that was recorded. The guy will end up with a federal indictment.

that follows Bevin's advice. My father was a pastor who only had a high school and business school education, but he knew enough about the separation of church and state that he never advocated for either political party from the pulpit.
