Help needed for Obama/DFL GOTV in MN

The MN Obama campaign needs volunteers to help with get out the vote efforts this Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tuesday--Nov. 3-6. It looks like MN really is in play, since Bill Clinton is speaking in Minneapolis Tuesday morning. People who volunteer to help with voter turnout activities are welcome to come.

The DFL and Obama campaign have joined forces, so canvassers work on getting votes out for President Obama, Klobuchar, your congressman, and no votes for both amendments.

2. Can you sign up for canvassing?

If you're in Mpls, I can give you the phone number of the person recruiting volunteers. You can also go to the Obama Dashboard and schedule an event. https://dashboard.barackobama.com/join
Here you can sign up for events in your area, whether canvassing or phone banking.
They'd be happy to get any help they can get.

Clinton is speaking tomorrow morning at the McNamara Alumni Center at the U of M, Minneapolis campus, corner of Oak and Washington. Doors open at 9:30 but I was told to get there at 9 to ensure admittance.
