Rochester City Councilman Patrick Keane (?) seeks re-election for Ward 1
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Patrick Keane announced on Thursday he is seeking re-election for Rochester City Council Ward #1, a position he has held since 2018.
Keane stated that the City Council focuses on priorities such as the city budget, responsible growth and expansion, community safety, housing and other public policy initiatives.
For Keane, the most rewarding part of his service on the Council has been working with residents, including listening to their concerns and connecting them with city staff, who can help “resolve issues.”
Keane also stated that since his initial election in 2018, he has served locally on the Board of Rochester Public Utilities, the Rochester Olmsted County Council of Governments (ROCOG), the Housing Coalition and the South Zumbro Joint Powers Board of Directors.
