Topic: Tar Sands Oil in Minnesota. Speaker: Kathleen Hollander, citizen activist with Mpls Occupy and MN350 (www.mn350.org ) specializing in fighting climate change due to the Tar Sands and Enbridge Pipelines. Kathy is on the technical/legal writing team that got the state Public Utilities Commission to order a contested case hearing in the matter of a tar sands oil transport increase across northern Minnesota.
