I just received a certified letter from Enbridge Energy containing a revised notice, issued Feb 5, 2014, from the State of Minnesota Public Utilities Commission regarding upcoming public hearings and public comment period in the matter of the Application of Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnership for a Certificate of Need for the Line 67 Station Upgrade Project - Phase 2, in Kittson, Marshall, Red Lake, Clearwater, Cass, Itasca and St. Louis Counties in Minnesota which will increase the capacity of Line 67 (the Alberta Clipper Pipeline) from 570,000 barrels of tar sands oil and other toxic chemicals per day to 800,000 barrels per day by building new pumping stations and modifying existing pumping stations.
