Have you seen the ad being run against State Rep. Jennifer Loon?

Loon is a Republican from Eden Prairie who voted for marriage equality. The Republicans in her district 48B did not endorse a candidate.

From what I can find I think the ad is being paid for by the Minnesota Family Council

http://www.bluestemprairie.com/bluestemprairie/2014/07/loon-kihne-via-civis-communications-minnesota-family-council-made-11764-comcast-media-buy.html

It never mentions her opponent (Sheila Kihne) or marriage equality but does say Loon voted for an anti-bullying bill that infringes on "religious freedom". It also - and this is the part I really like - say that she has received campaign contributions from people and groups that also contribute to Democrats (clearly this means she's a closet liberal).

I can't remember ever seeing ads for a state house primary contest before. It's going to be a long and very dirty election season.

Loon is old-school Repub, Kihne is Teabag. The kind off year primary voters flock to.
