The ghost trees are here already and it's only Halloween.

Glad that arctic air mass has moved east a bit, we actually saw temps above freezing yesterday down in the more southwestern part of the state.

I grew up in Montana and sometimes pine for the seasons.

In my old age I find the heat more tolerable than the cold.

I always thought I'd stay here till I died but I'm starting to rethink that strategy because I am not sure how many more winters I'm up for. Getting closer to 70 and arthritis keep me rethinking it when it gets really cold. If I had a stable housing situation, it would be a different story.
