Leaders in the Working Families Party are asking voters whether the party should back Gov. Andrew Cuomo or another, more progressive candidate on the party line in November.
A recent Siena Poll showed New Yorkers could warm up to a progressive challenger against Democrat Cuomo, who is seeking his second term.
The Working Families Party is expected to choose a candidate at its May 31 nominating convention in Albany.
