This and all extreme weather events are coincidental and acts of god, wait, how can they be both?

my wet dream is to watch climate change deniers reap what they sow

in the area mentioned in the story on Springfield Ave., Millburn. It was closed off so we had to take a detour.

When I went to my basement after arriving home, I found several inches of water flooding the floor. Horrible!

A student got caught in a flooded area in Elizabeth. Her little SUV stopped because the water was so high. The police told her she had to get out of the vehicle and when she did, water flooded in. She had to get a tow, too. The car started only an hour after all this, though.

The rain doesn't seem to stop.

Do you have a pump to get the water out?

I investigated getting one but these things are a bit over my head.

I have a mop but it's way on the other side of the basement. I am scared to walk in there for fear of getting electrocuted from cords in the water.
