Part Of Tappan Zee Project Put On Hold Following Complaints About ‘Excruciating’ Noise

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) — Part of the new Tappan Zee Bridge construction project is being shut down.
The announcement brought a sigh of relief to residents in South Nyack.
“The noise was excruciating,” Mayor Bonnie Christian said.
