Gov. Cuomo is not having a good day as far as public employee union endorsements go.
Following the move by the states powerful teachers union to not make an endorsement in the governors race, the Public Employees Federation the states second largest employee union has gone a step further and thrown its support behind Cuomos primary opponent Zephyr Teachout.
The Public Employees Federation endorsement is an act of courage and bravery by workers who have a lot at stake, said Teachout campaign manager Mike Boland. Today they rose above the culture of fear that is pervasive in Albany under Gov. Cuomo. The governor and his old boys club better watch out. This challenge is serious and it is not going away.

(14,498 posts)A sitting "DEM" governor ( even if I have to put DEM in quotes).
Unheard of.
If I were Quid Pro, I'd try to change the subject ( that subject being: what an awful governor he's been for the last 3 and 1/2 years) by ... I dunno.... maybe by going to Israel to demagogue the situation and exploit the deaths of 1,800 human beings there.
But no one ... not even Cuomo ..... could sink that low.
What's that ya' say?
