Racist graffiti spotted on Jackie Robinson statue

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Graffiti and racist scrawlings were discovered on the Jackie Robinson statue outside MCU Park in Brooklyn.
The vandalism was discovered early Wednesday morning, and workers immediately attempted to start cleaning it up.
The racial epitaph commonly referred to as the "N word" was written twice.
It and could not immediately be removed, so workers covered it up.
