Sources tell NY1 a tentative state budget deal has been reached in Albany ahead of tomorrow's deadline.

Some of the big ticket items in the framework deal are a minimum wage increase to $15 an hour in the city within a three year timetable, a paid family leave bill and a tax cut package sought by Senate Republicans.
