Anybody who puts fentanyl in their coke has to know they're killing people. That shit is potent as hell! Sometimes I wonder if we shouldn't stop people from making fentanyl. It gets mixed in with heroin a lot, and now cocaine. Causes too many deaths.

Of course that was medical grade fentanyl made by pharmaceutical companies.

What we have now is carfentanyl, Which is anesthesia for large animals like elephants and rhinos and is Typically made in China.

And that’s a whole different animal.

3. Fentanyl has the opposite effect of cocaine.

I wonder why anyone would think this was a good idea for their product, it seems really stupid to me. I get enhancing heroin with it but not coke. Doing this is nothing short of murder.

This is why drugs should be legal and regulated.

4. I don't understand why you'd poison your customer

We’re watching Ozark and this happened in one episode. That was part of the storyline.

I understand that drugs are often “cut” to make the actual drug go farther but why use something that’s lethal? Bad mix? Stronger dosage for repeat customers? I just don’t get it.

A mix of coke and heroin like what killed J. Bellushi of SN fame.

For those of you not in the know, the intended effect is that the Coke will kick in initially with an “up” type high but then when you started to come down, the longer acting heroin took over rather pleasantly so you’d have no Compulsion to take more coke whose high doesn’t really last all that long.

At least that’s the theory anyway.

If it killed them then it was probably ghetto lab Carfentanyl they mixed in, not medical grade Fentanyl.
