but constant hassles, begging, and aggravation. And pays less?

I've run for local office and understand the addiction to running and the high of campaigning for some people. But it's still amazing that people actually do it.

Imagine if it wasn't such a sewer-- the quialified people we could get in office instead of fighting over which mediocrity is less bad.
