Baby in critical condition after mother killed by plow in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN (WABC) -- A newborn remains in critical condition after a pregnant woman was struck and killed by a snow plow in Brooklyn Thursday.

The mother, 36 year old Min Lin, was killed in a freak accident just after 10:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Fei Long Market on 8th Avenue in Bay Ridge.

The plow, removing snow during the Nor'easter, backed into her and killed her while she was loading groceries into her car with her husband.

Lin was almost 8-months pregnant, and the baby was delivered by emergency C-section.
