NY's Olana historic site get $30,000 grant

HUDSON, N.Y. (AP)
A New York historic site has received a $30,000 grant to support its educational programs about the Hudson River School painter Frederic Edwin Church.

The Poughkeepsie Journal says the Olana Partnership received the 3-year grant from the Hudson River Bank and Trust.

The grant will support Olana's programs and activities in the Wagon House Education Center and at the Olana State Historic Site.

Olana is located in Hudson, N.Y, about 36 miles south of Albany.
