Red Hook moving company cuts prices to help evicted seniors of Prospect Park Residence

A Red Hook-based moving company has slashed prices on its services to help the elderly residents of a Park Slope nursing home who were told they must leave within 90 days.

Mark Ehrhardt, the founder of eco-friendly moving business Movers Not Shakers, said he was “shocked” when he found out earlier this month that more than 100 seniors at the Prospect Park Residence would have to find another place to live by June.
