City public schools will add 4,268 new full-day pre-kindergarten seats this fall as part of Mayor de Blasios universal pre-K push, he announced Wednesday.
With $300 million in place from the state budget, the city has tapped 140 schools across the five boroughs for the new pre-K seats.
