So he just keeps saying over and over to wear a mask and they ignore him. And the numbers keep rising. You know, 2 +2 equals 4, but he hasn’t figured that out.

2. DeWine has all the spine of a wet noodle

He was too easily cowed by the right wing Jim Jordan-type mouth-breathers in this state when we had the lockdown in March. This is also why Dr. Amy Acton resigned, because he wouldn't take the heat for her the way an actual leader would.

I think history will judge him harshly. Unfortunately, weak leadership is actually par for the course here, where the Republican Party has the government so far under lock and key, clowns like Larry Householder can pick everyone's pockets in broad daylight and the party doesn't even pay a political price for it. Our state Dems are so awful, they are just a punchline.

Our Dems really need to step it up here. We have a few good ones but they’re so overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of idiot repukers. It’s like an unchecked cancer.

And make him wear it around his neck like an anchor in 2022. Tie him to Trump on everything, including opening Ohio too early. That, coupled with constant ads about his role in the Householder scandal, and actually funding his opponent might actually win us Columbus. Somebody needs to take action on this, and steer this rudderless Ohio Democratic Party on the right path. The time to play fair is over.
