PWSA urges property owners to respond to free waterline replacement offer
PWSA budgeted $44 million to replace 2,100 lead waterlines in Pittsburgh this year as part of an agreement with the state Department of Environmental Protection. The authority will replace lead service lines to homes at no cost as long as the property owner agrees.
