After tens of millions of dollars of fundraising, the money is still not there to open the long-promised museum. Many millions were consumed by the pay and benefits of the director, and $ 1 million was paid to fundraising consultants who raised a grand total of $75,000.

The District Attorney could not find any criminal conduct, but the Grand Jury members want the public to know what they found.
