Interesting article about major feud between AG Kane and Corbett's former top deputy Fina

http://www.philly.com/philly/hp/news_update/278968521.html

The feud started with Kane's criticism of Fina's slowness in charging Sandusky, got worse with Fina's criticism of Kane for not prosecuting Phila. Democratic legislators after Fina ran a sting against them, and is now red hot over the recovery of porn emails among the top Corbett officials in the Attorney General's office.

Fina managed to convince a judge to order Kane to not release information about Fina's involvement in the porn emails.

This is also tied up with a criminal investigation into a leak of secret grand jury information.

Excerpt:

"Numerous people with knowledge of their quarrel - including sources close to both - have said Fina participated in the exchange of X-rated e-mails.

According to the same sources, Kane was intent on making that fact public.

She wanted to expose what she believed was an entrenched misogynistic culture in the Attorney General's Office when Fina was a ranking prosecutor and before she took charge, people close to her say.

But in late summer, Fina obtained a ruling from a Montgomery County judge barring Kane from citing his name publicly in almost any fashion, according to several sources familiar with the ruling."

How or why is it possible to have a judge stop your name from being made public if you were involved in misconduct or a crime? Is there not enough evidence to publicly name him as being involved? Or is there some other reason?

As moderator-in-chief of the Pennsylvania forum of DU, I hereby rule that Frank Fina's name shall henceforth never be named on this webpage. Instead, he shall only be known as "He Who Shall Not be Named" or HWSNBN.

By the way, Kane was so distrustful of HWSNBN, that her very first act after being sworn in as AG was to confiscate his computer hard drive.
