to implement the ACA. Can't defund it nationally? Make it more difficult to navigate locally.

Maybe the enrollment period could be extended. Seems like Bill Clinton said that some enrollment periods end in March (2014). A few years ago, every household, received by mail, an IRS booklet with the Return Forms inside. Here at our house, we are going to check IRS materials online. (It used to be, that if you paid your taxes early, you got a savings of 3% by paying in October, 2% by paying in November, and 1% by paying in December.)
