Sad news about Steve Fromholz.

It's in the news this morning that Steve Fromholz died yesterday from an accident involving a firearm. Fromholz, age 67, was a prominent part of the "Outlaw" country music movement of the 1970's that brought Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings to prominence. Nelson made a hit out of Fromholz' "I'd Have To Be Crazy," but Fromholz is probably best remembered and loved by long-time Texans for his "Texas Trilogy." He was the Poet Laureate of the state in 2007.

Yet another sad reminder that all firearms should be handled at all times as if they're loaded. RIP to a significant talent.
