You might not want to eat at DFW airport restaurants
I'm watching a report on KDFW that indicates that most of the DFW airport restaurants were not been inspected by Tarrant County within the past year even though they are required semi-annually. Previous inspections revealed numerous critical violations including failure to wash hands, not maintaining proper temperature controls and that's just a start.
