I am hoping the same holds true here. Fingers crossed for luck!

Edit to say Scalia just gave the Texas AG a deadline of four pm Thursday for a response on an emergency stay on Voter ID.

(We've never had same day registration.)

Edit about Voter ID Law: It is being appealed directly to the Supreme Court by the plaintiffs.
