Perry making choices for women
I cannot let Tom Suehs go uncorrected (Guest Voices, March 26). Texas Health and Human Services Executive Commissioner Suehs restated Gov. Rick Perry's talking points at a time when Texas women need an independent champion of health care who will force the question: Why is Texas sacrificing $35 million in federal funds for the Texas Medicaid Women's Health Program? Perry is trying to fix something that is not broken. WHP saves taxpayer money and helps 130,000 women each year.
