Rep. Marc Veasey captures home invasion on camera

Rep. Marc Veasey, D-Fort Worth, was a victim of every homeowner’s nightmare. Earlier this month, two young thieves broke into his home by kicking in the backdoor. A video of the incident, captured by Veasey, shows one of the offenders running into the house and stealing a purse.

Veasey’s wife, Tonya, told KXAS (NBC 5), that she had about one dollar in the handbag.
