Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi will be open for 3 days, then close again
Schlitterbahn Riverpark and Resort's new owners are dipping their toe in the water.
The park will open for Memorial Day Weekend — then will be closed until June.
IBC Bank bought the water park on North Padre Island in an auction on May 1. Since then, they have made a little more than $1 million in improvements.
Schlitterbahn will reveal some of those improvements to the public during its opening weekend, beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday through Monday, according to a news release.
