It’s supposed to be a retreat, but it’s a tax free living space for the church secretary wife he abandoned his first wife for family. He has damned up the Hondo and Williams Creek so none of us downstream have water meanwhile his in-laws can waterski on their ten acre man made lake. We’ve got to sell our cattle next week because the Hondo Creek is completely dry south of his tax free 220 acres.
