But only two percent in Georgia are not registered? That means that majority of voters already are registered and most likely voted. I guess getting the extra two percent by December 7th is easier. I just thought we had a bigger bench to get.

2. Don't all states allow you to register when you get or renew a driver's license?

I realize not everyone drives, but still.

The TCRP had to sue to enforce this right and now in theory this is being doen

Yet another reason not to live in Texas.
