Matthew McConaughey describes why people don't like the mask mandate
Texas native, Matthew McConaughey, spoke about his benefit concert to help Texans due to the winter storm and his views on Governor Greg Abbott ending the mask mandate in Texas last week on CBS This Morning.
McConaughey described that he was "a little dumbfounded by the decision" and how he did not understand Abbott's reasons to "pull the mask mandate," according to the video on CBS This Morning.
McConaughey continues the interview describing how people don't have a problem with the word "mask" but with the word "mandate."
"Let's not let the word mandate get in the way of the practical use of this little tool called a mask," said McConaughey.
