State congress is voting on 'Constitutional carry', ie

any yahoo who buys a gun can carry it in public with no permit, no training, no extra background check (assuming they got one when buying the damn gun) or ANYTHING.

Texas is already a 'Stand Your Ground' state, so what could go wrong?

2. Who would want to go to Texas as a tourist if some idiot could shoot you if they felt threatened ?

All these companies that moved there recently should rethink their move.

Texas, Florida, Georgia , South Carolina , Montana and the Dakotaís will never get me as a tourist. Heck itís safer to go overseas now rather than vacation in America.
