An unidentified person opened the doors of a Whataburger to allow a driver of a truck to pump black exhaust upon people who were eating.One TiKTok user is asking if a video on the social media platform of someone rolling coal into a crowded Texas Whataburger is attempted murder.
The video, which was posted by TikTok user jaysonmanzanares0 on Oct. 16, has racked up more than 1 million views and shows someone opening the doors of the restaurant to allow an unidentified driver of a truck to blow black exhaust smoke in while people were eating.
The caption to the video was "Only in Texas."

Rolling coal is when a diesel engine is modified so the vehicle will exhaust dark or grey clouds of sooty smoke. It's most commonly seen on large pickup trucks. The action has become increasingly popular and potentially dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians.

Vehicles that have such modifications should be failed when inspected. The same applies to vehicles that are modified to be excessively noisy.

severe COPD, I can tell you this is no laughing matter. Diesel exhaust contains micro particles which can imbed and stay in the lungs forever causing serious harm.

On a micro chip, they can turn it on and off. That little feature should be outlawed.
