1. It always amazed me if you call kudzu a weed it's bad but if you call it

Kuzu it's a Japanese food ingredient..From ancient times, kuzu has been eaten as food, and has also been consumed for medicinal purposes to maintain health..
Go figure..
When I was into macrobiotics the stuff was expensive. Now I can pick it on the side of the road..
