Goochland County Chamber to host political forum Oct. 23
at Benedictine High School.
All three candidates, Dave Brat, James Carr and Jack Trammell, will be present with moderator Curtis Monk, President & CEO of Community Idea Stations. . .
Constituents in the 7th district are invited to submit questions related to business or community impact through the Chamber website, www.goochlandchamber.org then “Calendar” and select the Oct. 23 event. That has the active link to submit the question
A Chamber committee will select 8-10 questions submitted. There will be no questions from the audience that night. Candidates will have two minutes to respond to each question addressing the public and moderator, not each other.
This format is to present candidate positions rather than have candidates debate each other.
This event is free and open to the public and we encourage you to arrive early, we are limited to 500 seats. The forum will take place in the auditorium of Benedictine High School, located at 12829 River Road in Richmond.
