Virginia
Related: About this forumMay be poll-watching in Virginia on election day!
Had volunteered to do 'legal' work as necessary, said could travel, and just got a call, asking if I am still available and interested, and pick Virginia or Pennsylvania.
I said YES and Virginia, as its closer to home in Maryland. Have no problem traveling and voting early or absentee in Maryland, where I have confidence my vote will be counted!
Happy they're working on this now!

Nice to know there's no shortage of humor and fun and smartass comments in old age! I learn a lot from "my peeps!"

Sad Dad has passed on. First year in 70? he won't be voting.

The little kid in all of us is just a memory away.
He was with us for 98+ years.
Always, Daddy.

(145,231 posts)The Obama voter protection team called me last week. I have signed up but I would prefer to stay in my county and make sure that we do not have problems. Fort Bend County is next to Harris County which was the target of the King Street Patriots and the True the Vote idiots in 2010. We are expecting to have these idiots in our county this cycle. I had ten or so poll watchers out in 2010 and hope to have many more out for the general election.
