Virginia No Longer Battleground State

University of Virginia Center for Politics Director Larry Sabato says the state, once a near-certainty win for Republican candidates, is now trending more towards Democrats.

Three of the last four Governors have been Dem

Dems have won the last four Senate races

The state flipped to Obama in 2008

Oh but 9 of our 11 Congressionals are Repub (now THAT'S some gerrymandering folks!)
