Over 500 nurses urge King County: Take action now to slow spread of coronavirus

More than 500 nurses sent a message to King County residents this weekend as coronavirus cases surged across the state: take action now.

In the message published Sunday, hundreds of nurses in the region issued a clear and blunt warning that people need to change their behaviors before the state's hospital systems are overwhelmed.

"COVID-19 numbers in King County are escalating, with more cases now than ever before. While we're not at a crisis point yet, we need to turn the trend around so that our hospitals don't become inundated with severe cases of COVID like elsewhere in the country," said the message, published in The Seattle Times.

The group acknowledged it hasn't been easy to live under the numerous restrictions that have been in place across the state since March. But, they are a necessary sacrifice to save lives.

I am interested in reading both articles, but this link does not seem to go to anything about the $7.9 M recount cost.

Edited to add: Fixed now! Thanks!!!
