WA State Senator Reuven Carlyle,36-D, retires

after 13 years.

Championed climate change, higher ed finance, foster kid, and data privacy legislation.

He and his staff are the best. Responsive, helpful, friendly, smart. I regret his retirement. He is a standout in a time of mediocrity and divisive do-nothings.
