First of all, how did they get the kid to Vietnam? Like, don't you need a passport, or at the very least, a birth certificate to travel internationally? Second, they returned the kid to his biological mom? Why was he in foster care if one of his biological parents is able to care for him now? Third, how did they find the kid but not his abductors? Was he abandoned by them?

Poor kid!
