Video footage captured the moment a man attempted to grab a barista at a drive-thru in Washington state in what authorities say was an attempted kidnapping.
The Auburn Police Department posted on Twitter the security footage of the attempted abduction that occurred early Monday morning, asking the public to help identify the suspect.
In the footage, the barista is seen attempting to hand the man in the pickup truck something when he reaches out for the barista's arm. Police said the man attempted to drag the victim through the window "using a looped ziptie device."
The barista was able to fight the man off, police said, before he drove off.

(53,788 posts)a grown person's body out of a drive-thru window and into your truck...just stupid, with cameras everywhere to record the attempt and the license plate number of you vehicle.
Some people are just too stupid to be allowed out on their own.
