This Wisconsin bill goes along with model legislation from the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), whose ultimate goal is to stop public employees from getting pensions, and to have them put their future fates in with the stock market.

Guaranteed pensions being attacked in every state with some GOP controlled state legislatures having already turned over pensions to investors/hedge fund managers.

If they cannot do it nationally yet, they will try it at the state level first.
