When I saw many of my fave Assembly and Senate Dems won, I figured they didn't get a super-majority, but I was still afraid to look.

Why can't Dems decrease Agriculture subsidies?

How Red would these districts really be if we had a free market in Agriculture that these guys vote for.

Republicans have been using their control over state houses to make our voters lives a living hell, but we keep this work for welfare program alive, which in addition to aiding Christian Theocrats, is not that great for the planet, Agriculture is a not insignificant contributor to climate change, I'd much rather use this land to sequester CO2.

Keep support for healthcare and other welfare alive for them, but there is no reason to not give them the creative destruction that their beloved Milton Friedman advocated for.
