Tea Party Ready to Do Battle in Court Over Recall Signatures

Groups say they plan legal challenge after being told Wisconsin's election board won't accept their findings on validity of recall petitions.

Verify the Recall, an effort backed by Tea Party groups to ensure the validity of petition signatures in Wisconsin's recall elections, is now 13,000 volunteers strong and organizers say one signature is being checked every 2.7 seconds.

Ross Brown, founder of We The People of the Republic, said Verify the Recall has gathered enough evidence in its vetting process to possibly put the brakes on the attempted recall of Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau).

And that’s just the start. Volunteers now are moving on to the reviewing the petitions seeking to recall Republican Gov. Scott Walker.

So this looks like walker is going to take the recall to his friends on the court with the help of Koch brother's paid staffers-the tea party...

4. They can go judge shopping, but there's always an appeals court judge.

Just like they've already been smacked down by the appeals court on their bullshit court challenge to the recall that banned the Dems from the proceedings.

Hopefully they've discovered that really won't go anywhere in the end. And if he pulls it enough, the hand selected county judge might just get unelected for his partisanship.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker video is 1 of 14 at this link... His speech touches on Collective bargaining rights as not being a right.... But from what I recall for hundreds of years people like Mother Jones and others fought hard for that right...Some died for it... His education about labor is gilded.
